Step by Step Installation Guide.
Install Server Software:
- Install Xampp, Wamp or Mamp.
- After successfull installation of xampp, start Apache & Mysql like shown below.
Install SumLims Software:
- Go to installation folder and find htdocs folder to put all the source code in it.
- You will have 3 main folders.
- lims
- lims_api
- database
- Open lims> .env file and change variables like shown below.
- Next, Open lims_api> .env file and change variables like show below.
Install Database:
- Open phpMyAdmin [localhost/phpmyadmin].
- Create new database. e.g. sumlims.
- Click on database name > Import > Choose file
- Select database from source_code>database>sumlims.sql
Run SumLims:
Open browser and type the URL of lims. e.g.
[http://localhost/lims] - localhost
or
[https://demo.sumlims.com] - live
Default Logins:
Default logins to login to system are below:
email: demo@sumlims.com
password: 123456
Click on Login> and that's it.
Dashboard is an eye-catching business summary to understand the performance of the system. It has mainly 3 sections.
1- Statistics Part
This part has the ability to filter system performance by collection center or time duration. User can check the that

- How many reports are pending.
- How many emails are pending
- What is the revenue for the registered patients.
2- Quick Links
For a quick navigation, system user will have option to jump to the mostly frequently used sections of the application.
3- Graph & Chart
A live comparison line chart to compare the activities relevent to patients. It describes that how many patients registered at a specific date, how many reports created and how many emails are sent. This graph is updating with filters from Statistics part.
